Agreement to terms
This Terms and Conditions Agreement ("Agreement") is made between you ("user," "you," or "your") and Abode Realty Collective Inc., doing business as Abode Realty Group ("Abode," "we," "us," or "our"), accessible at www.abodegroupla.com. By accessing our website or submitting your information through any form or channel on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Licensing and brokerage disclosure DRE
Abode Realty Collective Inc. DBA Abode Realty Group is a licensed real estate team operating in the State of California under the supervision of Equity Union, a licensed California real estate brokerage.
All licensed real estate activities conducted by Abode Realty Collective Inc. and its agents are performed under the supervision of Equity Union and subject to California real estate law, including the California Business and Professions Code, Division 4 (Real Estate). Individual agent DRE license numbers are available upon request and are displayed on all required transaction documents.
About our services
Abode Realty Collective Inc. DBA Abode Realty Group provides real estate services including but not limited to buyer representation, seller representation, property search assistance, market analysis, home valuation, and related consulting services. All services are provided by California-licensed real estate agents operating under Equity Union, DRE #01811831.
Nothing on our website constitutes legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. All information is provided for general informational purposes only. You are encouraged to consult with appropriate licensed professionals before making any real estate or financial decision.
Liability limitations and team protections
The following liability limitations apply to Abode Realty Collective Inc., its agents, employees, contractors, and affiliates operating under the Abode Realty Group brand:
- Abode Realty Collective Inc. is a licensed real estate team, not an independent broker. All brokerage-level responsibilities, supervision, and liability rest with the supervising broker, Equity Union (DRE #01811831), to the extent required by California law
- Abode Realty Collective Inc. and its agents are not liable for market fluctuations, changes in property values, interest rate changes, or any economic conditions that may affect the value of a property or the outcome of a transaction
- Information provided by Abode Realty Group regarding property condition, title, zoning, permits, or neighborhood data is derived from third-party sources (including MLS, public records, and seller disclosures) and is not independently verified. You are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence
- Abode Realty Group is not liable for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in third-party data, MLS listings, property records, or information provided by sellers or other parties to a transaction
- Neither Abode Realty Collective Inc. nor any of its agents shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from your use of our services or website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the commission or fee actually paid by you to Abode Realty Collective Inc. in connection with the specific transaction giving rise to the claim
- Nothing in this Agreement limits liability that cannot be legally excluded under California law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct
California DRE compliance
Abode Realty Collective Inc. and all affiliated agents operate in full compliance with California real estate law, including:
- California Business and Professions Code §§ 10000–10580 (Real Estate Law)
- California Code of Regulations, Title 10, Chapter 6 (Real Estate Commissioner's Regulations)
- The National Association of Realtors Code of Ethics, where applicable
- All fair housing laws, including the Fair Housing Act, the California Fair Employment and Housing Act, and the Unruh Civil Rights Act
Any complaint regarding the licensed real estate activities of Abode Realty Group or its agents may be submitted to the California Department of Real Estate at www.dre.ca.gov or by calling 1-877-373-4542. Complaints may also be directed to the supervising broker, Equity Union, at [email protected] or 818-989-2000.
Brokerage relationship and incorporation of Equity Union terms
Because Abode Realty Collective Inc. operates as a licensed team under Equity Union (DRE #01811831), the following provisions of Equity Union's Terms and Conditions are incorporated into and made part of this Agreement by reference, to the extent they apply to services delivered through Abode Realty Group:
- Intellectual property and copyright protections as set forth by Equity Union
- Prohibited activities applicable to Equity Union's platforms and services
- "As-is" disclaimers and indemnification provisions applicable to brokerage-level services
- Site management and termination rights applicable to shared platforms
Equity Union's full Terms and Conditions are available at www.equityunion.com. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and Equity Union's Terms and Conditions as they relate to brokerage-level obligations, Equity Union's Terms shall govern.
Communications consent TCPA
By voluntarily submitting your phone number through any form on our website, you expressly consent to receive communications from Abode Realty Collective Inc., including phone calls (including those made using an automatic telephone dialing system or prerecorded voice), SMS and MMS text messages, and email communications regarding real estate services, property inquiries, appointment scheduling, and market updates.
This consent is not a condition of purchase or receipt of any services.
To opt out of texts: Reply STOP to any text message. One confirmation message will be sent; no further texts will follow.

To opt out of calls: Notify an agent verbally or contact us in writing.
TCPA compliance TCPA
Abode Realty Collective Inc. is committed to full compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. § 227, and all FCC regulations thereunder. We will not contact you via autodialed calls or texts without prior express written consent, we will honor all Do Not Call and Do Not Text requests promptly, and text messaging opt-in data will not be shared with any third parties under any circumstances.

- Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and engagement
- Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
- Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties

Access and prohibited activities
Your access to and use of our website is conditional on compliance with this Agreement. You agree not to:
- Systematically retrieve, scrape, or compile data from our website without written permission
- Trick, defraud, or mislead other users or our team
- Circumvent or interfere with security features of the website
- Use the website in violation of any applicable law or regulation
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, spyware, or other harmful code
- Impersonate any person, agent, or entity
- Use any automated system, bot, spider, or script to access or extract data from our website
- Use our website to compete with us or for any unauthorized commercial purpose
- Post false, misleading, defamatory, or discriminatory reviews or content
Intellectual property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the intellectual property of Abode Realty Collective Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without our prior written consent.
Information sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties under any circumstances. Limited sharing with service providers (CRM, hosting, email platforms) is permitted solely to deliver our services. See our full Privacy Policy for details.
Governing law and dispute resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute shall first be addressed through direct contact with us. If unresolved, the matter shall proceed to mediation for a period of 30 days (with at least 10 hours committed by each party), with costs shared equally. If mediation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California. You consent to personal jurisdiction in the state and federal courts of Los Angeles County for any matter not subject to arbitration.
"As-is" disclaimer
Our website and services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We make no warranty that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful code, or that any information provided will be accurate, complete, or current.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Abode Realty Collective Inc., its agents, Equity Union (as supervising broker), and their respective officers, employees, and affiliates from any loss, claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our website or services, your breach of this Agreement, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Your rights (California and CCPA)
California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion of personal information, and to opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information). To exercise these rights, contact us using the information below. You may also contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs:
