This Terms and Conditions Agreement ("Agreement") is made between you ("user," "you," or "your") and Abode Realty Collective Inc., doing business as Abode Realty Group ("Abode," "we," "us," or "our"), accessible at www.abodegroupla.com. By accessing our website or submitting your information through any form or channel on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. Abode Realty Collective Inc. DBA Abode Realty Group is a licensed real estate team operating in the State of California under the supervision of Equity Union, a licensed California real estate brokerage.
All licensed real estate activities conducted by Abode Realty Collective Inc. and its agents are performed under the supervision of Equity Union and subject to California real estate law, including the California Business and Professions Code, Division 4 (Real Estate). Individual agent DRE license numbers are available upon request and are displayed on all required transaction documents.
Abode Realty Collective Inc. DBA Abode Realty Group provides real estate services including but not limited to buyer representation, seller representation, property search assistance, market analysis, home valuation, and related consulting services. All services are provided by California-licensed real estate agents operating under Equity Union, DRE #01811831.

Any complaint regarding the licensed real estate activities of Abode Realty Group or its agents may be submitted to the California Department of Real Estate at www.dre.ca.gov or by calling 1-877-373-4542. Because Abode Realty Collective Inc. operates as a licensed team under Equity Union (DRE #01811831), the following provisions of Equity Union's Terms and Conditions are incorporated into and made part of this Agreement by reference, to the extent they apply to services delivered through Abode Realty Group:
Equity Union's full Terms and Conditions are available at www.equityunion.com. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and Equity Union's Terms and Conditions as they relate to brokerage-level obligations, Equity Union's Terms shall govern.
By voluntarily submitting your phone number through any form on our website, you expressly consent to receive communications from Abode Realty Collective Inc., including phone calls (including those made using an automatic telephone dialing system or prerecorded voice), SMS and MMS text messages, and email communications regarding real estate services, property inquiries, appointment scheduling, and market updates.
This consent is not a condition of purchase or receipt of any services.

Abode Realty Collective Inc. is committed to full compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. § 227, and all FCC regulations thereunder. We will not contact you via autodialed calls or texts without prior express written consent, we will honor all Do Not Call and Do Not Text requests promptly, and text messaging opt-in data will not be shared with any third parties under any circumstances.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the intellectual property of Abode Realty Collective Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without our prior written consent.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties under any circumstances. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute shall first be addressed through direct contact with us. If unresolved, the matter shall proceed to mediation for a period of 30 days (with at least 10 hours committed by each party), with costs shared equally. If mediation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California. You consent to personal jurisdiction in the state and federal courts of Los Angeles County for any matter not subject to arbitration.
Our website and services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We make no warranty that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful code, or that any information provided will be accurate, complete, or current.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Abode Realty Collective Inc., its agents, Equity Union (as supervising broker), and their respective officers, employees, and affiliates from any loss, claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our website or services, your breach of this Agreement, or your violation of any third-party rights.
California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion of personal information, and to opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information).
